Minimum stay: 1 month. No pets. THE LOFT Perfect for those wishing to escape the city, digital nomads, or long-term work stays in one of the quietest and most exclusive areas of Mallorca. Newly built in 2024 and designed to Passive House standards for maximum comfort: underfloor heating/cooling, air conditioning, SATE insulation, Technal double-glazed windows... The loft is completely free of damp and equipped with a central VMC ventilation system, ensuring permanently clean, pollen-free air and a stable humidity level of 45–55%, the optimal range for comfort and health. Water is treated with a softener, and in the kitchen you have an osmosis tap providing high-quality drinking water. There are three showers: the main indoor bathroom, another outside by the terrace entrance for rinsing off after the beach, and a third in the garden with solar-heated hot water. As water is scarce in Mallorca, we kindly ask for responsible use. We know that climate control is essential for comfort, which is why our home has a redundant system to ensure your well-being at all times. We can heat or cool the house in two independent ways: - Aerothermal system with radiant/cooling floor - Heating and cooling pumps with split units his way, if the main system were ever to fail, we will always have the second one available. That way, we make sure you will never be without heating or cooling during your stay. For comfort, the loft features smart home touches. Dimmable switches let you create the perfect atmosphere in every room. In the kitchen-living area, an Amazon Echo with Alexa is available for music, recipes and practical questions. In the living room, a Fire TV Stick 4K provides easy access to your favorite streaming platforms. Both Alexa and the Fire Stick are set up with accounts dedicated to this apartment, fully independent from ours, ensuring your privacy. You are free to use them and delete your history afterwards if you wish. Access is via a digital smart lock with personalized code—no keys needed. You can go to the beach or for a walk without worrying about carrying or losing them: entry is always quick, easy and secure. High-speed Starlink satellite internet (the most reliable in this area), with mesh WiFi and RJ45 socket, guarantees stable connections and low latency—ideal for remote work, video calls, and uninterrupted HD streaming. Located in a residential, family-oriented area with no mass tourism. We welcome quiet guests only: no parties, loud music or high TV volume. Finally, note that we have 2 cats in the adjoining house. They may occasionally visit your garden, especially on their “inspection rounds” to keep the area free of insects or intruders ;) SERVICES & SHARED AREAS Every two weeks, a professional cleaning service refreshes the loft: fresh linens, deep cleaning of bathroom, kitchen and main areas for your total comfort. On the same day, the gardener tends the plants and keeps the outdoor space in perfect condition. Washing machine and cleaning tools (vacuum, etc.) are available in a shared utility area. Street parking is free and it’s always easy to find a spot near the house. OTHER IMPORTANT DETAILS Colònia de Sant Pere is one of the safest and most peaceful areas of Mallorca. Life here is calm and family-oriented, far from mass tourism. It’s one of the few places on the island where you can still feel the old Mediterranean spirit: neighbors live with doors and windows open, and crime is virtually non-existent. This peace and security are rare values that make the area truly special. The location also offers direct access to unspoiled nature: the Xarxa Natura 2000 reserve and Sa Canova beach are only minutes away on foot, with sea, mountains and trails perfect for walking or outdoor sports. For digital nomads and remote workers, the loft provides Starlink Residential internet. Usual speeds range from 70 to 350 Mb/s download, with low latency. Our Google Speed Test showed 337.8 Mb/s down, 19.9 Mb/s up and 16 ms latency. As a practical reference, my husband conducts over 25 hours of video calls per month with a perfectly stable connection, even with multiple devices in use. No pets allowed.
